Your Opportunity:
Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach is seeking dynamic Associate Executive Director to provide leadership, operational oversight, and ensure delivery of Resident-centered care across all areas of our community.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate commitment to mission-driven leadership and performance.

Support the Executive Director in translating organizational strategy into operational plans and measurable objectives.

Promote a positive, Resident centered culture that encourages staff engagement, accountability, and professional growth.

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of high quality services across all areas of the community.

Manage operational functions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.

Serves as the Executive Director's operational backup for emergency preparedness, risk management, and regulatory surveys.

Monitor financial performance to achieve at or above established excellent thresholds as measured by net Operating Margin (NOM, NOM-A) and other key financial key indicators.

Supervise and mentor department managers and leaders; provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, donors, regulators, and the broader community.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field, prior CCRC experience strongly preferred.

Experience with Florida's CCRC regulatory environment and operational requirements is highly desirable..

Demonstrated success in financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
