Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Irrigation Supervisor for our landscaping and exterior services department whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the irrigtion system of Fleet Landing's 125-acre luxury retirement community campus in Atlantic Beach, Florida. This role palys a pivot part in keeping our campus grounds safe, aesthetically pleasing, and a functional environment for Residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine inspection of all irrigation zones, troubleshooting and repairing identified issues in the system.
- Mainting water features in good working condition.
- Replacing irrigtion timers and other electrical components fo the system.
- Track material and labor costs, provide daily reports to department management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years' experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, agronomics and exterior infrastructure. Experience with vendor coordination, equipment management, and staff supervision.
