Your Opportunity
The Senior Living Advisor is an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team. This person will respond to initial inquiries and complete the initial discovery to guide the prospect journey. The Senior Living Sales Advisor also serves as a bridge between sales and the operational teams enhancing the move-in experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Responds immediately to new inquiries and follows up with them until contact is established.
- Enters all leads in the CRM.
- Schedules sales appointments for the community sales teams.
- Pre-qualifies potential Residents.
- Creates automated workflows within the CRM to ensure a positive move-in experience.
- Visits our communities routinely and fills in for onsite sales positions when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Two to three years direct customer sales experience.
- Prior experience in a senior living environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
- Proven ability to lead technology strategy and operations across a complex, multi-entity enterprise.
- High ethical standards and deep commitment to mission-driven service.
