Your Opportunity
The Executive Director of Philanthropy is a senior leadership role responsible for building and advancing a comprehensive philanthropic and endowment strategy that supports long-term mission sustainability across affiliated organizations.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will establish and lead the Office of Endowment and Charitable Gift Planning while providing strategic oversight of enterprise initiatives and mission-driven ventures. This role partners closely with executive leadership and governing boards to drive fundraising growth, strengthen donor relationships, steward endowed assets, and expand innovative revenue strategies.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a mission-driven organization — building the infrastructure, relationships, and financial strength that will sustain impact for decades to come.
If you are a visionary leader who understands both philanthropy and enterprise strategy — and you are energized by building something lasting — we would love to talk with you.
