Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Exterior Maintenance Assistant Manger whose primary responsibility is overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the exterior grounds of Fleet Landing's 125-acre luxury retirement community campus in Atlantic Beach, Florida. This role involves managing landscaping, grounds keeping, and exterior facility maintenance to ensure a safe, aesthetically pleasing, and functional environment for Residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Provide daily operational oversight of exterior services including.
- Landscape maintenance and installation.
- Seasonal color programs.
- Agronomic practices for turf and plant health.
- Lake and water feature management.
- Exterior cleaning and pressure washing.
- Exterior structural repairs and site furnishings.
- Ensure that all exterior operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Identify and address potential hazards promptly.
- Schedule and prioritize work assignments for the grounds keeping team.
- Coordinate installation of Holiday decorations and seasonal displays.
- Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and cost control for the exterior services operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years' experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, agronomics and exterior infrastructure. Basic budget tracking and cost-control knowledge. Experience with vendor coordination, equipment management, and staff supervision
