Your Opportunity
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist [PRN] who is responsible for providing high-quality Occupational Therapy services to clients, ensuring compliance with all professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Solara Care Solutions policies. This role is essential to supporting independence, dignity, and quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and treats clients with disorders, neurological deficits, weakness, or paralysis in accordance with physician orders
- Completes all required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries
- Develops and implements individualized therapy programs
- Assists the community in meeting certification and regulatory standards
- Works with Inpatient and outpatients clients.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:
Masters of Science Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. State Licensure.
