Your Opportunity:
Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach is seeking a proven leader with service-oriented mindset to become our Campus Operations Manager. The Campus Operations Manager will oversee the Interior Maintenance and Exterior Maintenance departments and is responsible for the physical plant and associated systems on a 125 acre luxury retirement community.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and directs the Interior and Exterior Maintenance Departments.

Establish proactive, preventative inspection and maintenance programs for capital equipment. Utilizes the results of these programs to inform Capital Expenditure budgeting.

Makes daily rounds to ensure maintenance personnel are performing required duties, and appropriate procedures are being followed.

Standardize the method by which work will be accomplished and holds staff accountable to those methods.

Develops a written education plan, with lesson plans, designed for in-service education, on-the-job training and orientation classes for department personnel.

Utilize automated software for tracking and reporting work orders across Campus.

Develop a maintenance program which contains a written work plan for each are of Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach.

Maintain working knowledge of current Life Safety requirements and regulations.
Qualifications

High School Diploma r equivalent required. Technical training in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, telecommunications, fire alarms, security and nurse call systems desirable..

Minimum of 5+ years of Maintenance Services experience or related areas.

3+ years of management experience.

Experience managing Life Safety systems in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing environment is preferred.
