We are seeking a Occupational Therapist [PRN] whose responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to residents, ensuring compliance with all professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Fleet Landing Home Health policies.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluates and treats residents with disorders, neurological deficits, weakness, or paralysis in accordance with physician orders
  • Completes all required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries
  • Develops and implements individualized therapy programs
  • Assists the community in meeting certification and regulatory standards

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Minimum Education Required: 

Masters of Science Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. State Licensure.

 
 

Experience: 

As applicable to assignment.

Certified Hand Therapist, preferred but not required
