Your Opportunity:
Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach is seeking a proven leader with service-oriented mindset to become our Director of Campus Operations. The Director of Campus Operations will oversee and provide visionary, compassionate, and values-based leadership. This role is responsible multiple departments on campus to include Interior and Exterior Maintenance, Remodeling, Housekeeping and Safety and Security.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, support and monitoring of Campus Operations departments.

Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and a high-quality Resident experience.

Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of internal and external processes and continual improvement.

Develop, implement, and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Develop and monitor annual operating budget and capital expenditure plan as required by policy.

Oversee environmental standards to maintain buildings, grounds, fixtures, and moveable equipment in a high standard of repair and maintenance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience at the administrative leadership level in a Continuous Care Retirement Community, or similar.

Experience in project management and in successfully achieving meaningful outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in leveraging computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and operational dashboards.

Working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements applicable to senior living and healthcare campuses.

Financial and analytical knowledge sufficient to develop and manage operating and capital budgets, evaluate vendor performance, assess risk and support long-range capital planning.
