Your Opportunity:
Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach is seeking a proven leader with service-oriented mindset to become our Director of Campus Operations. The Director of Campus Operations will oversee and provide visionary, compassionate, and values-based leadership. This role is responsible multiple departments on campus to include Interior and Exterior Maintenance, Remodeling, Housekeeping and Safety and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, support and monitoring of Campus Operations departments.

• Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and a high-quality Resident experience.
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of internal and external processes and continual improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Develop and monitor annual operating budget and capital expenditure plan as required by policy.
• Oversee environmental standards to maintain buildings, grounds, fixtures, and moveable equipment in a high standard of repair and maintenance. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience at the administrative leadership level in a Continuous Care Retirement Community, or similar.

• Experience in project management and in successfully achieving meaningful outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in leveraging computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and operational dashboards.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements applicable to senior living  and healthcare campuses.
• Financial and analytical knowledge sufficient to develop and manage operating and capital budgets, evaluate vendor performance, assess risk and support long-range capital planning.
