Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team members, including nursing, therapy, and administrative staff to meet our client's needs.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability among staff.
- Recruit, train, and supervisor private care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Knowledge Required:
Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
Thorough knowledge of all regulation governing licensed private care service agencies operating under Florida statutes.
Experience:
Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in home health, private duty, or senior care. Supervisory experience preferred
