Your Opportunity
Fleet Landing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to provide high-quality therapy services for older adults in our community. The PTA will support treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist and help residents achieve their highest level of independence.

Provide PT treatments according to the PT’s plan of care

Assist with resident screenings and monitor functional changes

Complete accurate, timely documentation

Maintain safety, infection control, and resident rights standards

Attend required meetings and collaborate with the care team
Qualifications
-
Accredited PTA program graduate
-
Current state PTA license
-
Geriatric/long-term care experience preferred
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
-
Frequent resident lifting/transfers (100+ lbs)
-
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing wheelchairs up to 300 lbs
