Fleet Landing currently has over 140 healthcare beds including a post-acute unit, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.
 
Fleet Landing is seeking a Home Health Administrator who is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for home health and home care programs at Fleet Landing. This role oversees clinical, administrative, and fiscal operations to ensure exceptional, compliant, and patient-centered care. The Administrator drives organizational excellence through effective leadership, regulatory compliance, staff development, and continuous quality improvement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of home health operations in alignment with Solera Enterprise Inc. and Fleet Landing’s mission and values.

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state licensure, and accreditation standards.

  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and strategic initiatives to ensure fiscal and operational success.

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain qualified staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Direct Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and excellence in patient care delivery.

  • Represent the organization professionally in community partnerships, marketing efforts, and regulatory interactions.

  • Ensure safe, ethical, and efficient operations through strong leadership and adherence to Fleet Landing standards.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related or management field.

  2. Minimum five (5) years of healthcare experience, including three (3) in a leadership role; home health experience preferred.

  3. Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, staff management, and operational oversight.

  4. Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and current CPR certification required.
