Your Opportunity 

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor[Full-Time] whose responsible for overseeing staff who perform a wide variety of preventative maintenance functions and/or repairs on the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems of all campus buildings and equipment. Coordinate services from third party vendors as needed, communicate material needs as necessary, oversee special projects as directed by the Assistant Manger of Interior Services.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associates equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts
  • Monitors the WorxHub work order tracking software to stay abreast of work order volume, completion rates, and priority hierarchy and works with staff to achieve stated resolution goals
  • Conducts review and/or inspections of staff work to ensure compliance with Fleet Landing polices as they relate to maintenance of buildings and grounds

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Minimum Education Required: 

High school diploma or equivalent or trade school preferred

 

Experience: 

Minimum three (3) years experience in the maintenance and/or constructions fields
