Your Opportunity We are seeking a Technology Services Manager who will oversee the infrastructure and desktop operations as well as evaluate them according to established goals. The Technology Services Manager will also devise and establish technology policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by out Chief Information Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive or head up crucial IT project essential to the strategic and operational objectives of the organization by serving as a Project Manager where applicable
  2. Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
  3. Analyze the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  4. Utilize the Microsoft Office 365 environment to organize and structure files, directories, and data o better suit the needs of users
  5. Monitor Software applications and OS patches. Track license agreements, administer virus protection and maintain software inventories.
  6. Continuously analyze how technology can benefit the Community or improve existing business processes; integrate systems to realize that benefit/improvement
 
Qualifications:

Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 cloud environment, Microsoft Office applications, and Windows Operating Systems. Microsoft certifications preferred. Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware and software) and multi-site networks. Experience with Extreme Networks infrastructure. Experience in managing and controlling information technology budget. Experienced in information security technology and process implementation and support. Experience with firewall implementation and management. Working knowledge of telecommunications systems and integrations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication abilities.

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT Management or a relevant field. A graduate degree in a technology related field is a plus
 
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in a comparable role with an understanding of HIPAA, including privacy and security requirements.  IT experience in a senior living or healthcare environment and familiarity with Point click Care (PCC) is a plus .
