Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Full-Time RN for Home Health. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the care of our residents needing home health services in our community and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counsel, care and health teaching of the ill, injured or infirm, and the maintenance of health and prevention of illness of others.
- Complete initial assessment within 24-48 hours of client admission and prepare care plan.
- Explains all procedures, treatments, medications, and client's plan of care to client and family as appropriate.
- Provides progress notes to client's healthcare provider, reports change of conditions or if there is a deviation from the plan or care, or at least every 60 days
- Directs activities of clinical care to LPNs, CNAs and other ancillary staff
- Provides written instructions and supervises the staff in the home
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
Must be licensed Registered Nurse. Must hold a valid license for the State of Florida or a compact state. Current valid CPR certification required.
Experience:
One (1) year of nursing experience, home care experience preferred. Working knowledge of home care regulations is preferred.
