Your Opportunity

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.

Conduct screenings and ongoing assessments to monitor progress and outcomes.

Complete all required documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Uphold all residents’ rights, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a safe and positive care environment.

Participate in care meetings, in-services, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Follow all safety and infection control procedures and report concerns promptly.
Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences or Communication Disorders. State Licensure. (or proof of registration to complete the Clinical Fellowship year in Speech Pathology after which certification can be obtained). ASHA Certification (or proof of ASHA Certification). Current CPR certification
As applicable to assignment.
