Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Lead who has excellent communications skills with a high degree of service orientation and excellent work ethic.  Responsible for assisting department management with supervision of the housekeeping staff and cleaning and maintaining resident units and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality leadership by exhibiting the highest moral and ethical behavior
  • Assist the manager and assistant manager in progressive discipline, coaching, documentation, and termination. 
  • Assist in scheduling services for resident units
  • Inspects or cleans guest room check outs and stay overs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for resident family members and prospective residents
  • Assures assigned work area is maintained in a clean, sage, comfortable and attractive manner.
  • Completes daily cleaning schedule which will include cleaning duties in resident rooms. common areas, offices, restrooms, showers, and dining room.
  • Replenish supplies as needed.
 
Qualifications:
 
Job Knowledge:
General cleaning processes and terminal cleaning processes
 
Minimum Education Required:
8th grade education is required. Must be able to read and write in English to communicate with the residents
 
Experience:
3 years Healthcare Environmental Services experience is required. Previous team lead or supervisor experience preferred.
