Your Opportunity
Fleet Landing currently has over 140 healthcare beds including a post-acute unit, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.
- Assist residents in preparation for therapy appointments, set up, transportation to and from the therapy department and assist in care during therapy appointments under the supervision of a licensed therapists.
- Responsible for the appropriate copying, filing, and faxing of orders and other departmental clerical responsibilities assigned by Director
- Coordinates the inpatient and outpatient therapy staff schedule. Responsible for establishing new outpatient chart, maintaining patient charts and collaborate with medical records. Performs Medicare/insurance verifications for outpatients.
- Monitor staff calendar and schedule. Report any changes in staff calendar/ schedule to Director.
- Answer phone calls and respond appropriately to residents’ concerns.
- Employ and follow all appropriate facility infection control policies and procedures and will respect and follow OBRA Resident’s Rights Guidelines.
- Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state, federal, and other appropriate certification.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all Resident care information.
- Immediately report all changes in Resident’s condition to supervisor of record.
