We are seeking a Senior Living Counselor who will sell the vision for the campus to be built and future Independent Living  residences. This exciting opportunity will evolve as Fleet Landing at Nocatee grows.  We are seeking a highly-motivated relationship builder and team player who will embody the Vision, Mission, and Values of Fleet Landing at Nocatee.

Key Responsibilities:
 

·       Cultivate relationships and build rapport with potential residents, to include proficiency in telephone contact and follow up, lead management, and closing skills

·       Build excitement for a future community

·       Provide excellent hospitality and customer service standards

·       Maintain detailed electronic records

·       Achieve and sustain the quality and quantity of leads and referrals

 
Qualifications:
 Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and evenings as required.
 
Minimum Education Required:
Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or English Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience.
 
Experience:

Proven sales experience. Three (3) years or more consumer sales experience in a senior living setting preferred. Familiarity with CRM lead management database preferred.
