Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Server whose primary responsibility is to provide quality dining services to our Residents in Leeward Manor including: serving food and beverages, taking orders, setting up and busing tables, side work and portioning condiments.

DUTIES:
  1. Supports the mission, vision, and core values of Fleet Landing.
  2. Assures that Residents’ rights to fair and equitable treatment, self determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to register complaints, are followed.
  3. Follows all established safety procedures and precautions.  Reports all unsafe/ hazardous conditions, and/ or defective equipment to Manager.  Reports all incidents/accidents, no matter how minor, to Manager.
  4. Provides prompt and courteous service to our Residents.
  5. Carries all soiled dishes, glassware, flatware, and linen to dish room.
  6. Resets tables at end of shift.
  7. Stocks sugar bowls, salt and pepper shakers and cracker baskets at end of shift.
  8. Sets dessert table at lunch and dinner.
  9. Resets private dining room when used.
  10. Makes and serves coffee.
  11. Prepares juices, fruits, creamers, milk, butter and cereals at breakfast.
  12. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Minimum Education Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and follow written and oral directions in English. High school education preferred, not required.
