Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator whose primary responsibility is to support the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with the Human Resources Manager to identify and attract top talent.  Responsible for sourcing candidates, pre-employment screening, scheduling and new hire onboarding. Also, assists with other HR-related functions as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Posts internal and external open positions and works with Human Resources Manager on advertising strategies.
  • Oversees and maintains applicant tracking system.
  • Utilizes innovative sourcing techniques to find, connect and recruit top talent.
  • Effectively utilizes technology and social media to source qualified candidates.
  • Cultivates a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, job fairs, events and on-going relationship management.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources Manager and hiring manager to understand/determine job requirements, objectives and qualifications.
  • Schedules and conducts interviews, using proven selection tools/methods to filter candidates appropriately and assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Determines and recommends qualified candidates for interviews with hiring manager, and schedules interviews accordingly.
  • Serves as a champion for the candidates, guiding both through the recruiting process, and providing excellent customer service along the way.
  • Proactively communicates with Human Resources Manager and provides updates on open positions.
  • With authorization from the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, extends job offers in accordance with budgeted guidelines; prepares offer letters accordingly.
  • Facilitates and ensures compliance with pre-employment requirements, including reference checks, drug screens, background checks and onboarding.
  • Coordinating start dates and new hire orientation.
  • Monitors and tracks time to fill open positions and produces reports accordingly.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

1+ years of high volume recruiting experience required.
1 year experience in Human Resources required. 
2+ years hospitality/customer service or health care industry experience preferred.
