We are seeking a PRN Concierge/Receptionist whose primary responsibility is assisting community members of Fleet Landing their families, staff, visitors and vendors in obtaining information and services they desire and directing them to appropriate resources, as the situation dictates. Handles incoming telephone calls, performs clerical and other related duties and provides support to administration. Must be capable of making mature judgements, function independently and have flexibility.

Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent Resident information and ensures compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Directs incoming phone calls, relays messages and answers basic questions when forwarding callers to the proper extension.
Greets visitors and provides directions to specific destinations around campus while also supervising the lobby and monitoring the traffic flow in and out of the building (reporting any suspicious activity to Safety & Security and ensuring the safety of residents within the building).
Maintains postal services (including USPS, FedEx, and UPS) and sorts and distributes mail and other deliveries to Residents and Staff.
Performs a variety of clerical duties to include, but not limited to, word processing, copying, sending faxes, emailing, assisting with computer issues, and scheduling appointments for resident services within Fleet Landing.
Maintains excel spreadsheets as dictated by Manager.
If filling in for the Concierge, handles guestroom reservations for residents, their families and administration, as necessary. Also, provide support to the Sales & Marketing Department by completing marketing clerical tasks, as needed.
Directs Residents’ requests to the appropriate department, as well as assists Residents with the input of certain requests, such as maintenance work orders.
Provides general information of services, amenities, and community policies and procedures to Residents, staff, visitors, and vendors, as well as furnishes and maintains supplies of Fleet Landing administrative forms.
Assist Residents with online travel arrangements including printing boarding passes (if assisting as Concierge).
Prepares and distributes memorial cards, as well as orders and displays commemorative roses when notified that a resident has passed away (if assisting as Concierge).
Assists Residents in identifying appropriate resources and service providers not available at Fleet Landing.
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Hotel, hospital, CCRC or other retirement community or hospitality experience is helpful.
